UAB “Lutonė” is a company trading in building materials, where a full range of building materials from foundation to roof can be found.
In 1995, UAB ”Lutonė” was established in Panevėžys. The company has been profitable and expanded its operations.
Initially the company engaged in wholesales of cement. In 1999, UAB ”Lutonė” acquired manufacturing facilities and started production of concrete, mortar and concrete products. For the convenience of customers ready-mixed concrete or mortar are delivered to the customers in different ways: drum vehicles for transporting concrete, dumpers or concrete pumps.
In 2004, operations were supplemented by wholesales and retail of other building materials, a 600m2 store with exposition and salesrooms was built. In 2005, a warehouse for building materials of 1,000 m2 was built. The range of goods at the store and warehouse totals to approx 4,000. There is a large warehousing site outside equipped with a gantry crane where materials such as concrete and reinforced concrete products, bricks and tiles, etc. are kept. Building materials are delivered by lorry (up to 9 t ) and crane lorry (with or without a trailer).
UAB “Lutonė” continuously expands its operations and supplies the market with new modern products, in 2007, the company invested into business development and acquired timber processing workshop. There is a timber processing unit for both raw and dried timber on the site that was enlarged to 4 ha; timber as a building material and timber finishing products are manufactured as well as other timber products.
UAB “Lutonė” offers its customers high quality advanced products of new generation. All of the company’s products both sold and manufactured) are certified, in-house laboratory and Building products certification centre regularly performs quality checks.
